BilT JHS Relevator Shipping Policy

We ship every BilT JHS Relevator the same way we’d want to receive one ourselves — professionally packed, fully protected, and ready to play.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

  • All shipments are fully insured.

  • Adult signature is required for delivery.

Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped.

Packaging & Protection

Every Relevator is:

  • Fully inspected before shipment

  • Carefully packed using professional-grade protective materials

  • Shipped securely to minimize transit risk

  • Sent with all included accessories and documentation

Domestic U.S. Shipping

We ship throughout the continental United States using trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

Transit times vary by location and carrier service selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries.

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and customs charges required by their country.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

We cannot mark shipments as gifts or declare lower values on customs forms.

Shipping Damage & Delivery Issues

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Retain all original packaging materials.

  3. Send clear photos of:

    • Exterior shipping box

    • Interior packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Any damage to the instrument

Failure to keep packaging materials may affect the ability to process carrier insurance claims.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

BilT Guitars is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import duties, or incorrect addresses may be subject to:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping fees

  • Restocking fees where applicable

Carrier Delays

Once a package leaves our shop, shipping timelines are controlled by the carrier. Weather events, holidays, and transit disruptions may occasionally cause delays outside our control.
